Joseph A. Petrakovic, 65, of Palmer Twp.,

PA., passed away suddenly on November 9, 2022 in Allentown, PA. He was born on October 30, 1957 in Allentown, Pa., a son of the late Joseph and Wilma Winkler Petrakovic. Joe worked for Penn DOT for 18 years and was recently promoted to District Manager in Allentown. He was a graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School Class of 1975 and Alvernia University Class of 1979 graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree. He enjoyed spending time with his family and especially his granddaughter Ellie. He loved going to Cape May, enjoyed watching sports, liked cryptogram puzzles, woodworking and doing projects around the house. He is survived by his loving wife, Debra

Jessica Petrakovic de Pablo and her husband Javier of Easton, Pa., his cherished granddaughter, Ellie, along with his siblings, Elizabeth Wagner and her husband Joseph of Grantville, Pa., and their son John, Wilma Laroche and her husband Michael of Whitehall, Pa., and their children Brendon and Veronica, along with Josephine Petrakovic of Schnecksville, Pa. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 6PM to 8PM at The Finegan

Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Palmer Twp., Pa. A Funeral Service will then be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 11AM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Joseph to a charity of one’s choice.
