82 years of age and resident of Whitehall, formerly of Moorestown, passed away peacefully on Friday afternoon November 4, 2022 at Fellowship Community. He was the husband of Mary Lou (Boyle) Mundo for 57 years, and was born in Chicago to the

late Frank and Helen (Gondela) Mundo. Richard honorably served his Country in the US Army during Vietnam, and returned home to work for the United States Postal Service, and was

a dispatcher and salesman for various freight companies until retiring. He enjoyed being the Director of Sweet Adelines in Michigan and Allentown, and was a bowling instructor and team coach at The Rose Bowl for youth. Surviving beside his wife Mary Lou are his daughter Cheryl Pierce with husband George of N. Catasauqua, and Christophe­r Mundo with wife Heather in Florida; grandchild­ren Catherine, Maggie, Joey, Aidan and Georgie; brother Robert Mundo of Arizona.

Services officiated by Rev. Philip E. Yerrington will be on Monday November 21, 2022 in The Zentz Center 3020 Fellowship Drive Whitehall, PA 18052, where his family will receive guests beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will be private. A luncheon will be served following his Service.
