Judith Elaine Klein Woodruff, 80, of Blandon, Pa. died at home on January 20, 2023 after a long illness. She was a former longtime resident of Allentown.

Judith was born on October 25, 1942 in Morristown, NJ. She was predecease­d by her parents Edwin Arthur Klein and Irene Burgess Klein and her older brother, Edwin “Butch” Klein.

She is survived by her beloved spouse Louise Legun of Blandon; her three beloved sons: John Christophe­r Woodruff of Randolph, VT, Wayne Kenneth Woodruff of Manchester, PA, and Frank Russell Woodruff of Richlandto­wn, PA.; her brother Frederick Klein of LaQuinta, CA; her sister Mollie Eliot of Strasburg, PA; her stepchildr­en, Jesse Legun of Durham, NC and Robyn Legun of Carson, WA; ten grandchild­ren and ten great-grandchild­ren.

Judith grew up in Basking Ridge, NJ and graduated from Bernardsvi­lle High School. She attended Rutgers University and later worked as a Customer Service Representa­tive at Federal Express for more than 20 years.

Spending time with her family was what Judy loved most. During her youth, she and her brothers spent many happy days driving old junkers in the sand pits near their home. In her younger years she enjoyed going ‘down the shore' and driving in to New York City to hear folk singers in Greenwich Village or seeing a Broadway show. Judy also loved to travel. More recently, she and Louise visited many National Parks throughout the country.

Her hobbies included cooking and photograph­y, most especially photograph­ing wildflower­s.
