DAT Duty Officers receive notificati­on from clients and agencies requesting assistance during a fire, flood, or other disaster, and then deploy the most appropriat­e resources to support those efforts. Join Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley in launching our new mentoring program — Sports Buddies! This program will provide opportunit­ies for Littles to experience new physical activities and sporting events. To ensure that K9 units have support, equipment, or finances needed to execute the critical operations they are tasked with every day,

A one-acre garden, called the Easton Urban Farm, supplies fresh produce, as well as flowers, each summer to underserve­d neighborho­ods.

Three times a week, they rely on volunteers to prepare rows, plant, weed, compost, water, pick and bundle and transport veggies to food pantries and senior centers in Easton. They need volunteers who can commit to the same day/time every week. Clearances required.
