Jeffrey G. Heffner

Jeffrey G. Heffner 62, of Coplay, PA passed away peacefully on wednesday October 4, 2023 in the care of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Hospice unit.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of George and Lois Heffner.

Jeff graduated in

1979 from William Allen High School, Allentown PA. He attended Temple University, SCI-ARCSouthern California Institute of Architecture and Pratt Institute of New York. He worked for Howard Kulp Architects and Circa Architects and Planners.

Jeff started Mercale Studios, formerly named Nightlight Drafting and Design, in 1995 in order to work from home and help raise his daughter. He was extremely passionate about his work and loved helping clients create their dream homes. He worked for the Marvin Group as their draftsman for 22 years up until his passing. He was a member of the Macungie Band playing the euphonium and tuba for ten plus years. He was their business manager and president during that time. He also participated in German bands and substituted for the Municipal and Allentown Bands.

Jeff and his wife Cynthia celebrated 32 years of Marriage in May.

Surviving beside his wife and parents are his daughter Adrianna and husband Tyler, sister Jan Heffner, sister Jill Shouldice and husband Rod, his brother Jason Heffner and husband John. Along with two nieces, three nephews, a greatnephew and three great nieces.

A gathering will be held in his Honor on November 5th at the Lehigh Valley Active Life Center- 1633 west Elm st., Allentown, PA 18102. From 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
