Graze Craze now open
Graze Craze, a rapidly expanding charcuterie concept that specializes in fresh, high-quality grazing boards and boxes, has opened in South Whitehall Township at 4612 Broadway Road in Tilghman Square Shopping Center.
At Graze Craze-trained charcuterie experts known as “Grazologists” curate artfully arranged grazing boards and boxes featuring fresh fruits and vegetables, gourmet meats and cheeses, artisanal sweets, nuts and more. The specialty store’s charcuterie arrangements are available in several different sizes, from small for graze-style snacking, to large, ornate boards that can be styled in a beautiful table display for special events.
South Whitehall’s new charcuterie store is owned and operated by Rusty and Jeanne Kuchta, a husband-wife team and pair of pharmacists who have lived in the area for more than 20 years. The Kuchtas’ personal passion for charcuterie paired with their love of serving the community, led them to pursue franchising opportunities with Graze Craze so they could provide something new to Lehigh Valley.
The Kuchtas plan to donate a portion of their store’s sales to support MollySTRONG Foundation, a nonprofit organization named after their daughter who battled leukemia that raises funds for research at St. Jude Hospital’s Mullighan Lab.
Graze Craze is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.
