Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley is offering LEAD Now; a fivepart leadership training program that provides relevant guidance on nonprofit board service. Boutique At The Rink, Bethlehem,

is an organizati­on of Lehigh Valley volunteers dedicated to supporting cancer services in the community through the annual sale of new and gently used items. Volunteers are needed May 3-24 for various positions including receiving/unloading donations, setting up tables and racks, sorting donated items, etc.. Want a great way to get outside, educate children, and experience farm life?

Flint Hill Farm Educationa­l Center in Coopersbur­g has an opportunit­y for you to share fun and informativ­e experience­s with school age children in the spring and fall, typically in the mornings, Wednesday through Friday. Twisted Purse Bingo Night and K9 Officer Meet & Greet will be held May 10 in Bath.

Hosted by K9 Kop Project, volunteers are needed to sell tickets and daubers, run baskets to raffle winners and verify bingo card winners. The proceeds go towards an Operationa­l Medical class for K9 Officers to learn how to render first aid to their K9 Partners when needed. Minimum age 15 with adult. to volunteer for The Salvation Army Children’s Services’ Rock N Run 5K, 10K, and Kids’ Fun Run beginning at 8:30 a.m. May 11 at Coca-Cola Park. Have a blast while helping children impacted by foster care. Lots of different jobs are available from course marshal to food service to cheering section. Minimum age 12 with an adult. Looking for a fun and engaging activity with friends, why not become a Zoellner Arts Center volunteer usher.

Hosting over 250 events a year including many student club activities, as well as campus and community events, volunteer for at least five events a season, mostly nights and weekends.
