Julius Jacobs, 93, of Allentown, passed away Nov. 7, 2018 at Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Rosanna (Saper) Jacobs, whom he loved for 65 years of marriage. Born in Lodz, Poland, he was a son of the late Mailech and Ruchla (Rosenszajn) Jakubowicz. Julius was the owner and operator of Betty Lou Stationary in Leonia, NJ. He served in the United States Army. Julius was a member of Temple Beth El, Allentown. He ran the Holocaust Museum at Muhlenberg College. Julius' passion was to educate and spent the last 20 years teaching thousands of students, as well as adults, the history of the Holocaust through his life experience­s. He memorializ­ed this in his book “The Will to Survive”. His teachings as a Holocaust survivor touched countless lives.

Above all else, his family was his life, he is survived by his Loving Wife Rosanna; Children, Mark I. Jacobs and his significan­t other Lucy Hurley and Joseph M. Jacobs and his wife Krista; Grandchild­ren, Joshua, Rebekah, Jennifer, Samantha and Steven Jacobs and Kate Liotta. He was predecease­d by his siblings, Fred Jacobs and Regina Lubka.

Services: 11AM Friday, Nov. 9th at Temple Beth El,

1305 Springhous­e Rd., Allentown, PA. Burial will follow at Beth El Memorial Park. Arrangemen­ts entrusted to Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Allentown.
