Helen M. Ritter

Helen M. Ritter, 86, of Williams Township, passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 in her daughter's home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Frederick J. Ritter, Sr., who died in 2014.

Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late William Harvey and Viola Mae (Bush) Clauser. Helen was a 1950 graduate of Fountain Hill High School. She was a member of Nazareth Chapter #252 Order of the Eastern Star and Easton Cedarettes. Helen enjoyed camping, fishing and especially family time.

Survivors: Daughters, Ruth Schmoyer and her husband Rodger of Salisbury Twp., Ann Keeney and her husband Joe of Williams Twp., Marie Fairman and her husband Keith of Nazareth and Rose Pritchard and her husband Matt of Spring Hill, KS; daughter-in-law, Linda Ritter of Macungie; brother, Henry Clauser and his wife Sally of Allentown; sister, Patricia Steinmetz of Stockertown; 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Helen was preceded in death by a son Frederick J. Ritter, Jr. and granddaughters Stacy and Pamela.

Services: Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, January 12, 2019 in the K.V. Knopp Funeral Home, Inc., 46 E. Susquehanna Street, Allentown. A viewing for relatives and friends will be held from 11:30 AM until the time of the service. Interment will follow at St. Mark's Cemetery, Allentown.
