Hot young rappers Polo G, Luh Kel coming to Easton
OneCentreSquare to host show in Sept.
Less than a week after the Easton’s OneCentreSquare had a sellout show with young rapper Lil TJay, the club has announced it has booked a show by the collaborator with whom Lil TJay had his biggest hit.
Polo G, the MC who with Lil TJay has the smash hit “Pop Out,” and whose debut album recently hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Rap Albums chart, will perform at the club at 6 p.m. Sept. 1.
Also performing at the show will be teen rapper Luh Kel, whose single “Wrong” has amassed 40 million views on YouTube and is at No. 19 and rising on the R&B singles chart.

Polo G, whose real name is Taurus Bartlett, with Lil TJay released “Pop Out” on Feb. 1 and has seen it amass nearly 140 million views on YouTube. It peaked at No. 11 on Billboard’s Singles chart and has been certified platinum.
After 11 weeks on the chart, it remained at No. 20 at R&B/Hip Hop Airplay this week.
The 20-year-old Polo G released his debut album, “Die a Legend,” on June 1. It topped the Rap albums chart and hit No. 6 on Billboard’s overall Albums chart and remained at No. 10 on the Rap chart after five weeks.
His song “Finer Things” also has 60 million views on YouTube and “Battle Cry” has 31 million.
Luh Kel, 17, whose real name is Turran Coleman, released “Wrong” in April, and it debuted at No. 19 on the Emerging Artists chart and peaked at No. 37 on the R&B/Hip Hop chart in May.
His sophomore single, “BRB,” released in June, is approaching 10 million views on YouTube.
Rapper Lil TJay drew an audience of more than 900 people to his July 12 show at OneCentreSquare.
