Nominate your company for Top Workplaces 2020

The Morning Call wants to know: What are the Lehigh Valley’s Top Workplaces?

For the eighth year, it’s partnering with a Philadelphia-area research company, Energage, to conduct a search for the best employers in the region. The results will be revealed in the Top Workplaces magazine, to be published in March.

Anyone — including employees, CEOs or customers — can nominate a potential top workplace. Nominations are open to employers in Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, Monroe and Berks counties with at least 35 employees. It doesn’t matter if the workplace is for-profit or nonprofit, privately owned, publicly held or a government agency. Companies will be surveyed July through September.

The top employers will be featured in the magazine, which will be delivered with The Morning Call, and recognized at a special event in March. This year’s winners were unveiled at SteelStacks in Bethlehem in front of more than 300 cheering members of the Lehigh Valley business community.

Workplaces are evaluated by their employees using a confidential, 24-question survey developed by Energage, which conducts Top Workplaces surveys with more than 50 media partners. Locally, the company surveyed more than 20,000 employees at 69 Lehigh Valley area businesses, part of the the millions of workers who respond nationwide.

There is no fee to participate, and there is no application process beyond being nominated. Every organization that takes part will receive confidential feedback about its workplace.
