’20 home slate includes holiday weekend series

Two home holiday weekends highlight the Lehigh Valley IronPigs’ 2020 season, which begins Thursday, April 9, in Rochester.

The IronPigs’ home opener for their 13th season at CocaCola Park is Friday, April 17, against Pawtucket.

The 70-game home schedule includes a Memorial Day weekend series with Buffalo and concludes with a Labor Day weekend series against rival Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

The RailRiders, the Yankees’ Triple-A affiliate, make three trips to Coca-Cola Park in 2020. Other home Iron Rail Series dates are May 11-14, July 10-12. The IronPigs will also play nine road contests against their rivals from the north.

The Triple-A All-Star Game is Wednesday, July 15, at Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

Morning games are: 10:35 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, against Scranton/WilkesBarr­e); 10:35 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, vs. Syracuse); 11:35 a.m. on Wednesday, July 29, against Toledo.

Two weekday afternoon games are: 1:35 p.m., Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, vs. Buffalo; and 1:35 p.m., Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 7, against Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

All Saturday games are at 6:35 p.m.

All Sunday games at 1:35, except May 25 and Sept. 6, at 6:35.

The Lehigh Valley IronPigs announced the dates for their 10-game Bacon USA membership­s. Fans who purchase 10game Bacon USA membership­s will be able to exchange just one game for another at any point during the season.

Online orders for 10-game plans begin on Monday, Aug. 26. Those plans go on sale to the general public at the ticket office and by phone on Tuesday, August 27.
