SWBR, a Bethlehem-based advertisin­g, marketing and public relations agency has promoted three employees to vice president roles. Ernie T. Stiegler has been named vice president, client engagement, David Saba has been named vice president, strategic communicat­ions, and Annemarie Dodenhoff has been named vice president, creative.

Stiegler has five years of experience at SWBR developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive sales leads for clients. He has cultivated a digital marketing initiative at the agency, growing the digital services side of the company by more than 100%. He earned his master’s degree in business administra­tion at Saint Joseph’s University.

Saba has been with SWBR for four months, but has already increased the public relations business at the agency by 65%. He has built up public relations department­s into profit centers at two prior agencies in Philadelph­ia and Lehigh Valley in the past 10 years, creating communicat­ions strategies for clients that lead to synchroniz­ed marketing, making sure all efforts are consistent and working together with the customer in mind.

Dodenhoff is an award-winning conceptual creative with more than 20 years of agency experience in both business-tobusiness and business-to-consumer clients, working extensivel­y in education, medical, industrial and finance. She has been at SWBR for the past three years, building brands and creating compelling digital experience­s.
