Stroud Township man charged in child porn case
A Stroud Township man traded pornographic photos of children as young as 6, offering to pay someone to photograph that person’s prepubescent and teenage daughters engaged in sexual acts, Monroe County detectives say.
Christopher Loysen, 20, of the 800 block of Phillips Street, is charged with soliciting child porn production, possessing and disseminating child porn, attempted illegal contact with a minor and other offenses. Loysen was placed in county jail under $15,000 bail.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in August informed Monroe County detectives about an online account being used to store child porn. The investigation led to Loysen, who was trading child porn via email with multiple people around the world, detectives said.
Detectives said Loysen also sent someone several emails offering to pay to have pictures taken of that person’s daughters, ages 14, 12 and 10, engaged in sexual acts.
