Police arrest three on several charges in Easton drug raid
Easton police served simultaneous drug search warrants at two residences Friday morning, arresting three people on a host of charges.
The 6 a.m. raids happened on Ferry Street and Valley Street, according to a news release from Lt. Matthew Gerould.
The department’s special response team executed the warrant at 689 Ferry St. and took two residents of a first-floor apartment into custody: Gisselle Yetta, 26, and Jessica Griess, 25.
Yetta was already wanted for delivery of heroin and criminal use of a communication device, the release said. Further charges stemming from the raid include possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Greiss faces charges of possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said heroin and drug paraphernalia consistent with heroin sales were recovered from the residence and a vehicle was seized.
At 819 Valley St., resident Devin Moore Sr., 42, was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine and marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
That raid was based on complaints from neighbors. Moore was also wanted on a warrant for delivery of crack cocaine.
Cocaine, marijuana, a large amount of U.S. currency and a .380 caliber semi-automatic handgun were recovered from Moore’s residence, along with paraphernalia consistent with manufacturing crack cocaine, the release said.
The city’s code enforcement department is evaluating the property due to the conditions inside and outside.
