President distracts American people from real issues

The Morning Call - - TOWN SQUARE -

There are two phrases people need to remember when thinking about President Trump. Divide and conquer, and wag the dog.

Do people really think he stays up at night worrying what people think of him? Did Al Capone worry that people thought of him as a crook?

President Trump says and does things to get the press and the public away from the things he does that really matter. Look at how he has turned back the clock by executive orders on our environmental issues. Look how he makes millions of dollars by conducting White House business at his luxury hotels. Every time he shows up with the White House entourage and Secret Service, we pick up the tab.

No, he doesn’t care what people think of him or what financial state he leave the country in when he leaves office. Just look at the national debt. Just as long as he has more wealth when he leaves Washington, D.C.
