Get a taste of fall at a beer­pair­ing din­ner, 6 p.m. Tues­day at The Shelby in Lower Macungie Town­ship.

The meal fea­tures four cour­ses, paired with pump­kin-fla­vored beers from New York’s South­ern Tier Brew­ing Co.

The menu in­cludes sous vide beet salad, fea­tur­ing goat cheese panna cotta, honey poached ap­ple, brown but­ter gem let­tuce and can­died al­monds, with Pumk­ing; ras el hanout roasted cau­li­flower, fea­tur­ing cal­abaza puree, toasted pump­kin seeds, man­gal­ista sausage, cider re­duc­tion and parsnip chip, with with Rum Bar­rel-Aged Pumk­ing; birch beer-braised short rib, fea­tur­ing white bean puree, sous vide fen­nel, plum salad and golden raisin agrodolce, with War­lock; and ap­ple pie chip­wich, fea­tur­ing a pie crust “cookie,” ap­ple pie ice cream, spiced caramel and cin­na­mon strudel crum­ble, with Cold Press Cof­fee Pumk­ing.
