Jennifer Kennedy William E. Bloss

NAI Summit, an Allentown real estate firm, recently announced the addition of Jennifer Kennedy to the brokerage team.

Kennedy holds a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University and comes to NAI with 15 years of experience in property management and construction. She has been a licensed real estate agent and is in the process of obtaining her broker license.

She has also been a longtime member of CREW Lehigh Valley and IFMA Lehigh Valley. Her community volunteer work includes serving as the Lehigh Valley Academy Foundation president as well as a board member of the Lehigh Valley Academy Regional

Charter School for over four years.

At NAI Summit, Kennedy will be responsible for the acquiring and selling and/or leasing of real estate for her clients as well as landlord representation.

William E. Bloss was recently appointed managing partner at Allentown accounting firm RLB Accountants.

Bloss, 56, has been a principal shareholder of RLB since its founding. Prior to that he served as a senior accountant with Levin Savchak Accountants since 2001. Licensed as a CPA in 1995, he has been active in multiple disciplines of the accounting profession since 1987.

An Easton-area native, Bloss holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from DeSales University and is an active member of the board of governors, Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, serving as chair of the Healthcare Committee and a member of the Public Policy Committee.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
