Lesley Fallon/Naomi Yergey/Raymond Carey
KidsPeace recently named three new members to its National Board of Directors: Lesley Fallon of Bethlehem, Naomi Yergey of Center Valley and Raymond Carey of Raleigh, North Carolina. The appointments to the governing board of the nonprofit provider of mental and behavioral health services are for threeyear terms.
Yergey is a recognized leader in human resources management. She previously provided HR consulting services to tech giant TE Connectivity, and led her own consulting practice in the greater Philadelphia area. Previous to that, she held positions of increasing responsibility during more than 20 years in the HR field at Merck. Yergey holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Muhlenberg College and a master’s degree in counseling and personnel services from the University of Maryland, and earned a Six-Sigma Executive Belt designation during her time at Merck. Fallon is a community leader and management adviser who has provided strategic and leadership consulting to a number of enterprises, including PBS39 and Valley Youth House. Previously Fallon served as president and chief operating officer of Holiday Hair, a chain of hair salons in the mid-Atlantic region.
Carey is a business leader and venture capital professional. He serves as chief executive officer of ArchiveSocial, a provider of social media archiving technology to public sector entities ranging from the White House and U.S. Department of Justice to small towns and communities throughout America.
