Lucille L. Kuchera

Lucille L Kuchera , 95, of Bethlehem, PA passed away peacefully at home on October 9 surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late Dorothy (Pribylsky) Stephan and Michael J. Stephan. She was predeceased by her husband Andrew W. Kuchera and

her daughter Judi L. Tracy (Matt). Lucille’s smile and laughter filled the room with brightness especially at family gatherings where she was often known to be the life of the party. She lived life to the fullest and was always ready for fun. Her career included secretary, realtor, and the restaurant business, owning the 1894 Inn in Fountain Hill. She took every opportunity to travel, volunteered in many organization and sang in the church choir. She was known for her competitive spirit which kept her bowling until 90 and then moving on to bocce in her nineties. Generosity and caring for those in need was her mission. As a mother and grandmother she will be remembered for her spirit, life advice, humor, energy and enthusiasm. She will be forever remembered and loved as Baba Lu. Lucille is survived by daughters Karen Collins (Tony) of Potsdam, NY, Luanne Marconi of Sugarland, TX and Andra Kuchera of Sacramento, CA., a special nephew Dennis Posivak (Marlene) of Bethlehem, PA, 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A calling hour will be held at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 1861 Catasauqua Rd., Bethlehem, PA from

10-11 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at

11 AM. Burial will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
