Time to trim the tree

Joncarlo Spinosa, an electrician for the Bethlehem Public Works Department, untangles a string of lights for the city’s Christmas tree Monday at Payrow Plaza. Spinosa and another city worker began installing the lights last week in rainy, sunny and windy conditions to get ready for the tree lighting at 5 p.m. Friday.
