Cade Christopher, Northwestern Lehigh football

Rushed for 177 yards and two touchdowns, including the game-winner in District 11 3A semifinals.

Nigel Linton, Whitehall football

Had 90 yards rushing on 18 carries and a TD; caught two passes for 110 yards and two scores to win District 11 5A championship.

Douglas Martinez, Parkland soccer

Scored both goals in win over Father Judge in District 11 4A quarterfinals. He leads team with 16 goals.

GIRLS

Scarlett Jago, Parkland volleyball

Led the defense with 15 digs in a 3-0 win over Wilson West Lawn in the PIAA quarterfinals.

Hailey Reinhard, Emmaus cross country

Medaled in 20th place in Class 3A race at PIAA championships. She is a two-time EPC champion and conference MVP.

Ava Zerfass, Emmaus field hockey

Had two goals in 7-0 win over Honesdale in the PIAA quarterfinals.
