The Morning Call

We need more, earlier political debates

-

The day before the Fetterman/Oz debate in Pennsylvania, where polls indicated Mr. Fetterman did not perform well, some 640,000 Pennsylvanians had already voted. Of which, some 73% or 467,200 were Democrats. Mr. Oz lost by 190,125 votes.

General logic is that best decisions include having the most relevant and timely data or insights. That is, to be the most informed before making a decision.

Since folks in Pennsylvania who voted before the debate made a choice before the one and only debate … Did Pennsylvania get the best candidate? Did early voting impact getting the best candidate?

Solution: more debates and before any early voting.
