Emmaus boys 400 free relay takes 8th
The Emmaus 400-yard freestyle relay of Andrew Taylor, Ryan DeJohn, Logan Shriver and Griffin Messenlehner reached the podium, placing eighth with their time of 3:11.45 Saturday at the PIAA Class 3A Swimming and Diving Championships.
Shriver, a junior, was also 15th in the 500 freestyle (4:39.38).
Carter Mui, a junior from Pocono Mountain, won the consolation heat of the 100 breaststroke, clocking in at 56.81.
Nazareth’s 400 freestyle relay of Ethan Coffman, Jack Hasker, Ross Ellis and Tyler Tinsley was 15th (3:12.72).
Coffman, a senior, finished 16th in the 500 freestyle (4:45.51).
