UGI Utilities Inc. announced the promotions of Tim Angstadt and Jessica Rogers as part of a restructur­ing of its Rates and Energy Supply groups.

Angstadt has been named vice president, Energy Supply. He will manage all energy supply activities for both UGI’s natural gas and electric divisions. In addition, he will provide centralize­d support of natural gas measuremen­t and pressure regulation activities, including energy supply related regulatory filing activities, tariff administra­tion activities, energy planning, procuremen­t, and choice and transporta­tion administra­tion activities.

Angstadt also will oversee execution of carbon reduction supply alternativ­es such as renewable natural gas, hydrogen utilizatio­n, and other emerging technologi­es.

Angstadt joined UGI Utilities in 1999. He has held positions in engineerin­g, operations and operations support, marketing, and as program director of UNITE, UGI’s technology upgrade initiative. Most recently, Angstadt served as vice president, operations.

Angstadt holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineerin­g, a Master of Business Administra­tion and a Master of Finance degree from the Pennsylvan­ia State University.

Rogers has been promoted to senior director, Rates and Regulatory Strategy. Rogers will manage all rates and regulatory activities. She will direct the strategy, preparatio­n, and litigation of UGI rate and regulatory filings with the Pennsylvan­ia Public Utility Commission (PUC), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and PJM. She will represent UGI’s interests in federal and state policy matters, regulatory filings and proceeding­s.

Rogers joined UGI in 2021 as the director, regulatory strategy. Previously, she was an attorney with Post & Schell P.C., representi­ng numerous energy clients for more than a decade, including UGI. Rogers received her undergradu­ate degree from the University of California Los Angeles and holds a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. She is a member of the Bar of the Commonweal­th of Pennsylvan­ia and the District of Columbia.
