Karianne Gelinas, Lizette Epps, Maureen Gorman, Angela Gosman, Katelyn Mack, J. Stuart Pidcock, Adrian Marsh
Communities In Schools of Eastern Pennsylvania announced Karianne Gelinas is being elevated from her role as the agency’s vice chair to the new board chair. Board member Adrian Marsh has been assigned as the new vice chair of the agency.
The change in leadership coincides with five new officers joining the organization’s board of directors, with the appointment of Lizette Epps, Maureen Gorman, Angela Gosman, Katelyn Mack, and J. Stuart Pidcock.
Gelinas has been on the CIS of Eastern PA board of directors for three years and serves on the agency’s talent committee and the executive committee. She is the vice president of regional partnerships and talent strategies at Lehigh Valley Economic Development.
Marsh has been a member of the CIS of Eastern PA Board of Directors for two years and has been a member of the agency’s finance committee. He is the global head of administrative finance for Olympus Corporation of the Americas.
Epps will be an integral part of the CIS of Eastern PA’s board of directors working with members of the DEI Core Team. She is the executive director of financial services and internal operations for Alvernia University O’Pake Institute. Epps also serves on the board of the Berks Latino Workforce Development Corporation and the associate board of directors of First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union.
Gorman is an associate attorney in the Reading office of Stevens & Lee. Gorman will work to help grow the nonprofit’s reach with the community relations committee. She also has community involvement roles with the Berks and Lancaster County Bar Associations and the Circle of Life Coalition. Both Epps and Gorman’s Berks County roots will aid in the continued expansion of services in the greater Berks County community.
Gosman is executive vice president and chief human resources officer for PPL Corporation. She provides oversight and direction for all human resources functions across PPL’s family of companies. Gosman will work closely with the CIS of Eastern PA Talent committee.
Mack is the president & chief operating officer at LINC. Prior to moving to the Lehigh Valley, she was vice president of the Boys and Girls Club of the Peninsula in Menlo Park, California. She will be a part of the CIS of Eastern PA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Core Team.
Pidcock is a principal and project manager of the land planning, civil engineering and architectural firm The Pidcock Company in Allentown. He also serves on the board of directors at Wildlands Conservancy and will be serving on the Talent Committee with CIS of Eastern PA.
