ASR Media announced the promotions of Katie Santana to president, Abby Mutschler to vice president of post-production and Stephanie Mettler to vice president of production.

Santana has been appointed as the new president of ASR Media. She will be responsible for representing the company’s vision, values and accomplishments to internal and external stakeholders.

A two-time Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmy award winner and 16-time nominee, Santana has been part of the ASR Media team since 2012.

Mutschler has transitioned from her position as senior editor to become the new vice president of post-production at ASR Media. In this role, she will work closely with senior management to create strategic plans for the post-production department that align with the overall goals of ASR Media. Mutschler will lead a team of post-production professionals, offering guidance, support and mentorship as needed. She is responsible for developing and implementing efficient post-production workflows, ensuring optimal productivity and timely project delivery. Mutschler is committed to maintaining exceptional production standards and will oversee rigorous quality control processes.

Mutschler began her career at ASR Media as an editor eight years ago. In 2022, she was promoted to the position of senior editor. Mutschler is a four-time winner of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmy award and has been nominated for the award 15 times. She is certified in project management and is an active supporter of the Charleston Animal Society.

Mettler has been appointed as the new vice president of production at ASR Media. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department. Her primary goal will be to ensure all projects are executed seamlessly, adhering to strict timelines and deadlines.
