Anthony N. Curcio, 84, of Wind Gap, passed away, Saturday, April 13, 2024, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Hecktown Oaks Campus. He was the husband of JoAnn L. (Quigg) Curcio, they celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversar­y, October 7, 2023.

Born in Easton, September 1, 1939, he was the son of the late Ralph and Lucy (Sabatino) Curcio. Prior to retiring, Anthony (Tony) was employed for more than 25 years as a design engineer for Dixie Corporatio­n. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Belfast, Portland Lodge #311 F.& A.M, Lehigh Consistory, Allentown, Wind Gap Fire Co. and Rescue Fire Co. #1, Bangor. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and woodworkin­g projects. But most of all, he enjoyed lending a hand to others whenever possible.

In addition to his wife, JoAnn, he is survived by two daughters, Cynthia A. Curcio and her companion, Craig Bredbenner of Walnutport, and Christine L. Curcio and her husband Karl Hamm of Oakdale, CT, two grandchild­ren, Andrew

Gold and his wife Melissa and Megan Gold and her companion, Kevin, two brothers, Fred Curcio and his wife Kathy and Nicholas Curcio and his wife Cecelia both of Bangor, nephew, nieces, and cousins.

A Memorial service will be celebrated, Saturday, June 1 at 11AM, at Grace Lutheran Church, 5907 Sullivan Trail, Nazareth (Belfast). There will be a visitation beginning at 10 AM until time of services at the church. Interment will be private at Wind Gap Cemetery. The Ruggiero Funeral Home, LLC, Pen Argyl is in charge of arrangemen­ts.
