Who are the convention delegate candidates?
In addition to the usual slate of candidates running for elected offices, presidential election years include delegates to the Democratic and Republican party conventions. Delegates are apportioned according to congressional districts.
Here is a list of the delegates running in congressional districts that touch The Morning Call’s coverage area. Each district includes an abbreviated verbal description taken from the Pennsylvania Department of State’s web site, where you can also view a map of Pennsylvania’s 17 congressional districts. The candidate names are from the Department of State’s Candidate and Campaign Finance Committee search page.
