What’s your favorite fast food spot? How did you get into cross country?: Well, after track ended Coach Glatz asked me, “Have you ever thought about running cross country?” I said no and he said, “You should, you would be great at it!” What is your favorite part about running cross country?: The last 800 meters is my favorite part about running cross country. That’s where I do my kick and that’s where the race against other competitors starts getting intense. Who is your favorite music artist?: Meek Mill Who is the funniest teammate on your team? : It’s between Ben Brogan and Ben Yuhasz. They’re both the funniest on the team. They make practice more fun. What’s the last book you read?: Tuesdays with Morrie. What is your favorite school subject?: Algebra and Geometry. Do you have any personal goals for this season?: Helping and pushing our team to go to state. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you

go?: I would like to go back to Belgium. I was young when my mom and I were stationed there and I have little memory of it from my childhood. What’s your favorite TV show?: The Flash. What’s your favorite movie?: Space Jam. Who is your favorite sports team?: Baseball — Indians. Football — Baltimore Ravens. Basketball — Cavaliers. What is your favorite thing you did last summer?: Training for next season in track, basketball and cross country. Do you have any pregame rituals or superstitions?: I listen to motivating music and five minutes before the race, Josh and I pray. What career do you want to pursue?: Athletic fashion design. What’s the best part about

being a student-athlete?: Getting the work done and feeling good with the outcome. Settle the debate — Is a hot dog a sandwich?: Somewhat ... there is meat between two buns. Who is your role model and why?: Coach Glatz and Mike Lugar are two people that I consider as my role models. They help push me and help me make lofty goals for my races What is your favorite hobby besides the sport you play?: I like to collect shoes, autographs, and sports memorabilia stuff. What’s a fun fact about yourself people may not know?: This is my first year running cross country and track ever in my entire life. And I enjoy every minute of it with my teammates.
