OLMSTED FALLS, JUNIOR >> LACROSSE, ATTACK On the field: The Bulldogs are 2-1 in their last three games, with Alhashash leading the attack. Against Akron SVSM, she had five goals and two assists. She added four goals against Orange and eight goals against Beaumont for 17 goals and two assists on the week.

Ian Ashby

LAKE RIDGE, SENIOR >> BASEBALL, PITCHER On the field: In three games, Ashby was 4-for-5 with a triple, home run, four RBI and five runs. He also picked up a win against Max Hayes, striking out eight in three hitless innings.

Sydney Campbell

KEYSTONE, SOPHOMORE >> SOFTBALL, PITCHER

On the field: Campbell pitched a perfect game against Brookside, striking out 14 of the 15 batters, with all of the strikeouts coming in a row. The win was her fourth of the season.

Ryan Glowacki

AMHERST, JUNIOR >> BASEBALL, SHORTSTOP

On the field: The Comets won four games last week, with Glowacki playing a major part. For the week, the junior was 8-for-13 with a double, home run, seven runs scored and 10 RBI.

Lauren Landers

MIDVIEW, SENIOR >> SOFTBALL, PITCHER

On the field: Landers picked up three wins in three tries, posting a 2.10 ERA and notching 19 strikeouts. She helped her own cause at the plate, hitting .833 (10-for-12) with three RBI.

Brennan Lang

AVON LAKE, SENIOR >> LACROSSE, GOALIE

On the field: In arguably the Shoremen’s biggest victory in program history against Westlake, Lang was the deciding factor. The senior saved 16 of the 21 shots he faced to help Avon Lake to victory.

Addison Mease

NORTH RIDGEVILLE, SENIOR >> SOFTBALL, MIDDLE INFIELD

On the field: In a pair of wins against Avon Lake and Berea-Midpark, Mease was perfect at the plate, going 4-for-4 with a home run against the Shoregals and 5-for-5 against the Titans.

LUTHERAN WEST, SENIOR >> TRACK AND FIELD

On the track: At the East Canton Invitation­al, Ragland broke her own school record in the discus (127-0) and was named field event athlete of the meet.

Aidan Shoop

AVON LAKE, FRESHMAN >> TENNIS, 2ND SINGLES On the court: Avon Lake claimed the LCAAA title for the fourth year in a row, and Shoop was a big reason why. The freshman claimed the second singles title by defeating Avon’s AJ Sumser, 7-6 (6), 6-1 in the championsh­ip match.
