Building trades group names honorary life director
“It is a great honor to be selected as an honorary life director for the North Coast BIA and I plan to continue to be an active part of such a great organization.”
— Jeff Hensley
The North Coast Building Industry Association Board of Directors has named Jeff Hensley of Lake Star Building Remodeling, of Grafton, as an NCBIA honorary lifetime director.
In NCBIA’s 74-year history, only 21 members have been named honorary life directors and only seven are honorary active life directors, meaning they still participate in association activities either at the local, state or national level.
Hensley has been a member of the association since 2002 and was first elected to the board of directors in that same year. He continues to serve to this day. He served as president of the association in 2007-2008.
In addition to serving as chairman and member for numerous committees, Hensley has always actively recruited new members and achieved Royal Spike Status by recruiting and/or retaining more than 161 members for the association, a news release stated.
“It is a great honor to be selected as an honorary life director for the North Coast BIA and I plan to continue to be an active part of such a great organization,” Hensley said.
The North Coast Building Industry Association, based in Sheffield Village, is a building trades group founded in 1944 and representing nearly 300 member companies in Erie, Huron and Lorain counties.
