TRAVELERS’ CHECKS

-

Copper Mountain is just west of Denver, so begin your visit with a flight into Denver International Airport. You probably won’t need a rental car because the local bus system is free and easy. And it’s usually cheaper to take the Summit Express shuttle, which it runs every hour between the airport and resort doors, than it is to rent a car.

The best lodging is scattered in the three villages at the base of Copper Mountain and includes condos and hotel-like rooms. A new mid-priced hotel is coming in 2019. For the best rates on lodging book through coppercolorado.com or by calling 888-760-7561. Online you’ll find discounts and packages that include lower prices on lift tickets.
