Clippers (53-62): The Triple-A Clippers were held to five hits in a 5-1loss to the Mud Hens. Alex Call had Columbus’ RBI. Rubberducks (71-45): Akron gave up 12 hits to Somerset, losing, 10-4. RubberDucks catcher Bo Naylor scored a run, going 1-for-3 on the day.

Captains (64-53): Lake County recorded 11hitsagainst the Snappers, winning, 6-3. Raynel Delgado, Christian Cairo and Jose Tena all homered for the Captains.

Hillcats (58-58): Lynchburg’s game with Fredricksburg was postponed due to rain. The game will be made up on Sept. 18.
