Cemetery plans stroll in Brownhelm
Brownhelm Historical Association will be hosting a program Oct. 10 in which participants can stroll through the Brownhelm Cemetery, 3025 N. Ridge Road, where they will step back in time and meet some of the community’s earliest pioneers and residents.
Participants will hear stories from costumed re-enactors like Colonel Henry Brown as they share their life stories in a program that “brings history to life,” the release stated.
Tickets are free, but due to the ongoing pandemic, tours are limited to no more than 10 people.
Tours run every 10 minutes starting at 3 p.m. with the last tour leaving at 5.
Everyone must preregister for their tour time and all visitors are strongly encouraged to wear a mask. Go to https://bit.ly/BHACemeteryTour2021 to register for a start time.
