Police identify body found last month
Elyria police identified the man whose body was found Sept. 28 in the city.
Vlade Kotevski, 56, who had resided on North Pasadena Avenue, was found in the 600 block of Hilliard Drive, according to a news release from Elyria police.
At 6:45 a.m., Elyria police and LifeCare Ambulance responded to the area for a report of an unresponsive person on the ground.
The man was found to be deceased, according to the release.
There appears to be no foul play, the release said. The Elyria Police Department is awaiting the coroner’s report for cause of death.
It does not appear to be related to the homicide investigation from Sept. 27, according to the release.
In that case, Lamar C. Hudson Jr. 22, of Lorain, is facing a charge of aggravated murder in the shooting death of his father, Lamar C. Hudson, 41, of Elyria, just after 11 p.m.
