Pebble Beach Golf Links is a public golf course adorned with dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean. It is a great meeting of land and water with impressive scenes combining mountains, cliffs, flora, and trees. This 18 hole- par 72 course has both challenges and stunning views to leave a significan­t impact on the golfers. It is basically situated in a town called ‘Pebble Beach,’ which is about 2 hours away from San Francisco by car. It is a bucket list course for golfers, but only a few can play after paying the expensive green fees of Pebble.

2. Cypress Point Golf Course, California

Cypress Point golf course is just 6 min away from the Pebble Beach Golf Links. It is famous for the dramatic holes along with the mesmerizin­g views of the Pacific Ocean. The variety of this course is just fabulous. You may even happen to have a few deer grazing. It is an 18 hole- par 72 course that was created by the famous designer Alister Mackenzie. You would enter the Del Monte forest to start the game. While finishing, you would be enjoying the views of the rocky coastline.

The Pacific Dunes is the second course of Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Though most of the holes sit further inland, they are enriched with the views of the Pacific Ocean. It feels as if this course was just discovered, not built. It is an 18 hole- par 71 golf course. Though the course is comparativ­ely shorter in length than the other courses of the resort, it is rugged enough to challenge most of the golfers. The Wind makes it more challengin­g. It is only about 11 minutes away from the center of Bandon.

7. National Golf Links of America, New York

National Golf Links of America is a private links- style golf course. The long island layout and stunning ocean views makes it a beautiful course to enjoy on weekends. It is about two and half hours away from New York city. The course has a total of 18 holes with a par of 72. The old-style bunkering throughout the course makes it one of the favorites of many golfers. No wonder, it was designed by Charles B. Macdonald who built the first 18hole course in the United States.

8. Sand Hills, Nebraska

Sand Hills is a private club that is pretty much famous for its remote location. It is much more for the golfers who like a desolate feeling while diving in golf.
