McAlister’s Deli now open for business

The American fast casual chain McAlister’s Deli has arrived at 35355 Chester Road in Avon, bringing sandwiches, salads and other delicatessen items to Lorain County.

Part of the Southern Rock Restaurants group, the Avon McAlister’s location marks the franchise’s 151st, according to Southern Rock Restaurants CEO David Blackburn.

“We have had such great success in Cincinnati,” Blackburn said. “We are confident the great folks of Avon will love McAlister’s comfort food and our famous sweet tea.”

McAlister’s offers dinein, carry-out, and delivery options, as well as outdoor seating, Blackburn said.

McAlister’s Deli in Avon is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Known for its genuine hospitality, McAlister’s Deli is home to handcrafted sandwiches, always-fresh salads and giant stuffed spuds, according to a news release.

Avon McAlister’s offers a variety of ways for guests to dine, including dine-in, outdoor seating, window side pickup and delivery.

McAlister’s guest have the opportunity to skip the line by placing their order through the McAlister’s app and rewards program or online at www.mcalistersdeli.com and can conveniently pick up their order to go or select delivery, the release said.
