For the record: It has been a banner season for the Panthers already. They tied Solon for the Greater Cleveland Conference title and won the program’s first playoff game since 1993. The challenge for fifth-seeded Euclid is now to go on the road and beat fourth-seeded Westerville Central. ... Euclid dominated Austintown-Fitch last week, not only with a 356-yard offensive effort, but more so with a defense that gave up only 95 total yards — and three total yards passing. ... That aggressive Panthers defense, including linebacker Brandon Young (110 tackles), safety Aaron Berry (five interceptions and end Jaylen Nolden (12 TFLs, six sacks) is aggressive and ball-hawking. ... Euclid’s offense is led by powerful back Chris Collins (1,448 yards, 12 TDs), whom Coach Jeff Rotsky calls “a beast of a back.” But Jovan Avery is also a big threat. QB Noah Mitchell might not be able to go because of an injury, but Craig Robinson is an able replacement and has multiple weapons to go to, including slick receiver David Wright. ... The Warhawks’ only loss was in a Week 10 defeat at the hands of Dublin Jerome. Central has scored 20 or more points nine times this year behind QB Gavin
