- Staff report

The final suspect in an Elyria homicide is in custody.

Patrick L. Gall, 18, of East Cleveland, is in the Lorain County Jail, according to authorities.

Peter Elliot, U.S. marshal for the Northern District of Ohio, said marshals and Cleveland SWAT surrounded a residence at 10:30 p.m. July 9 in the 14100 block of Savannah Avenue in East Cleveland to arrest Gall.

Elyria police Capt. Christopher Costantino said the house where Gall was hiding was an address he had used prior to this incident.

Costantino said the marshals called in SWAT officers about 9:30 p.m. and took Gall into custody about 1:30 a.m. July 10.

Gall was wanted on an aggravated murder warrant in the shooting death of 47-year-old Willie M. Fisher on July 6 behind a convenience store in the 1400 block of East Avenue in Elyria. He now joins suspects John Sullivan, 29, of East Cleveland, who is incarcerated at Cuyahoga County Jail, and Solon, Bruce who was Arnoff, arraigned 56, of July 9 on homicide charges and of aggravated tampering with evidence.

Arnoff is being held on a $2 million bond at the Lorain County Jail.

Detectives learned that Fisher was employed as a handyman and had been hired to do some yard work around the convenience store.

Arnoff employed Fisher as a handyman, according to a news release from the U.S. marshals.

Arnoff was upset with Fisher and contracted with Sullivan and another male to cause serious physical harm to Fisher, which led to his death, the release said.
