Library planning yoga story time

Children will have a chance to stretch their mind and body with a special winter yoga story time at 2 p.m., Dec. 12, at Mentor Public Library’s Lake Branch, 5642 Andrews Road in Mentor-on-the-Lake.

Children will listen to a picture book about animals in winter and recreate the story through yoga poses, according to a news release. Both children and their adults are invited to participate.

Darlene Kelbach will serve as the library’s yoga instructor.

The program is free to attend and open to all 3- to 6-year-old children, along with their adults. However, the library does require that people sign up beforehand. They can register online at www. mentorpl.org or by calling the Lake Branch at 440257-2512.
