Man to face felonious assault charges

A 43-year-old Willoughby man was arraigned on felonious assault charges in Willoughby Municipal Court on Dec. 7, court records show.

Daniel J. DiFranco, of 38425 North Lane, is being charged with felonious assault causing physical harm, a second-degree felony.

If convicted, DiFranco could face up to eight years in prison.

He is being held on $25,000 cash bond and has preliminary hearing scheduled for Dec. 13, court documents state.
