Entries sought for repurposing contest

Those with a knack for turning old items into likenew are invited to showcase their imagination, creativity and talent by entering the Upcycle Repurpose Contest being held during the annual Home & Lifestyle Expo on March 2 at Great Lakes Mall.

There is no fee to enter and items can be, but are not limited to furniture, accessories/home décor, clothing and jewelry. All entries will be on display during the expo’s hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Votes will be cast by expo attendees with the majority vote winner receiving “Best of the Expo” and a $100 cash prize.
