Conneaut man facing felony charges
A 38-year-old Conneaut man was arraigned on felony charges in Painesville Municipal Court on Feb. 11, records state.
Justin L. Pitts, of 12 Lake Breeze Drive, is being charged with a third-degree felony of assembling or possessing one or more chemicals to manufacture or intend to manufacture methamphetamine. The charge is in relation to “continuing criminal conduct” beginning around August 2016.
If convicted of the felony, Pitts could face up to five years in prison.
He has a personal bond set and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Feb. 19, according to court documents.
