Euclid man faces felony charges
A 49-year-old Euclid man accused of concealing a spring-assisted knife was arraigned in Mentor Municipal Court on Feb. 11, according to court records.
Tyrone J. Brooks, of 19630 Locherie Ave., is being charged with carrying concealed weapons, a fourth-degree felony. The charge is in relation to a Feb. 9 incident handled by Mentor police.
If convicted of the single felony, Brooks could face up to 1 ½ years behind bars.
He had a personal bond set at $20,000 and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Feb. 21, court files state.
A 31-year-old Cleveland man was arraigned for assault charges in Mentor Municipal Court on Feb. 11, re- cords show.
