Dietician to discuss intiutive eating

The public is invited to come April 2 to the Brunner Sanden Deitrick Wellness Campus as Lake Health registered dietitian Melinda Wivell discusses the art of intuitive eating, what it means and how to achieve health and wellness goals in a more compassionate manner.

During the event taking place from 6 to 7 p.m., attendees will also receive tips on how to get started on this self-empowering journey, according to a news release.
