I was very excited about that. Then she canceled at the last minute and the rumor was this guy had shown up again.”

Despite the huge letdown, Follett remains optimistic about meeting some of the band one day. “I kinda feel like it’s gonna happen at some point. Our paths will cross. Maybe I’ll be buying costumes at the ABBA museum or something…”

Reunion or no reunion, the ABBA Show is a great chance to pretend you’re seeing the real thing.

Follett says she loves performing each and every show.

“The energy is so much fun and the costumes… people dress up in the audience. They get their bell bottoms out and their platforms and they all dress up. It’s a real sort of party-vibe in the audience. [It’s] really, really good fun.”
