On the court: In three games, averaged 23.3points, 4.7rebounds, 3.0steals and 1.7assists per game.

Off the court: Nicknames for Euclid resident include “Tai” and “Speed Demon.” Has two older siblings, Caché and John, “who inspire me everyday.” Also has a dog, Thunder, “who is loyal and very playful!” Favorite sports memories are playing at an ESPN tournament in Florida and playing in Indiana and getting the chance to speak with Tamika Catchings. Enjoys playing video games in her free time, “but I like working out every day in the gym to perfect my love and passion for the game of basketball.” Favorite subjects are Mandarin and chemistry. “I would love to pursue becoming fluent in Mandarin, and learn more about engineerin­g or architectu­re.” Also adds, “Most people don’t know that I can DJ. I practice with my dad all the time.”

On the court: Surpassed 1,000 career points in a win over Edgewood. Had 24 points, shot 70 percent from the field and was 4 of 5 from the line. In a win over Hawken, had 13points, two steals and two rebounds. In a win over Hudson, had 18points, including three 3-pointers, three rebounds, two steals and one block.

Off the court: Enjoys playing basketball, soccer, snowboardi­ng, shopping and hanging out with her friends

Mason Stephens RIVERSIDE >> BOYS BASKETBALL JUNIOR >> GUARD

On the court: Scored 21 points and had four steals, two rebounds and two assists in a 64-56win against South. Had 17 points, two rebounds, three assists and two steals in a 65-53loss to Chardon. Off the court: Favorite subject is English. Also does the high jump in track and field. Favorite pro athlete is LeBron James. Enjoys playing video games and hanging out with friends.

Kyle Randle NORTH >> BOYS BASKETBALL SOPHOMORE >> GUARD

On the court: Against Chardon, VASJ and Kenston scored 61points and made 87.5 percent of his free throws. Off the court: Favorite teams are any Ohio State teams. Favorite basketball memory is going out with teammates after practices and games. Favorite subjects are biology and Spanish. Enjoys listening to Lil Uzi Vert.

Iyanna Jenkins EUCLID >> GIRLS BASKETBALL SENIOR >> FORWARD

On the court: Posted 29 points, 14 rebounds, four assists, a steal and a block in a win over Elyria. Recorded seven points, seven rebounds, one steal and an assist in a win against Brunswick. Off the court: Nickname is Yonnie. Favorite teams are the L.A. Clippers and Indiana Fever. Favorite subject is English. Favorite food is hot tamales and pizza rolls. Favorite player is Giannis Antetokoun­mpo and favorite musical artist is Future.

Brayden Morris WICKLIFFE >> BOYS BOWLING JUNIOR

On the lanes: Bowled a team-best 222 game and 542 series to help Wickliffe place third at the D-II sectional at Wickliffe Lanes and advance to the district tournament.

Off the lanes: Also plays hockey. Favorite sports memory from the bowling team: “When a teammate, Kyle, forgot to say DEV when he got a strike so the rest of the team could finish spelling ILS during bakers.” Favorite food is tacos.

Gianna Leffler MAYFIELD >> GIRLS SWIMMING JUNIOR

In the pool: At the Division I SPIRE Sectional, won 100 back and 100 free and swam legs on the winning 200 medley and third-place 400 free relays. Out of the pool: Favorite sports memory is competing at the last two state meets with her friends. Favorite food is Italian. Favorite show is “Grey’s Anatomy.” Says her dream is to swim in college.

Luke Chicone MENTOR >> BOYS BASKETBALL JUNIOR >> GUARD

On the court: In a win over Medina, had 25points, nine assists and eight rebounds. Scored the last nine points, including a 25-foot 3-pointer at the buzzer to win the game. In a loss to Lakota East, had 16 points, five assists and three rebounds. In a win over Euclid, had 21points, 10rebounds and four assists. In a win over Elyria, had 28points, 13rebounds and five assists.

Off the court: “Chico” has committed to playing basketball at Youngstown State. Favorite sports memory is playing in the district final in front of a sold-out crowd. Favorite subject is math. Favorite food is Chinese.
