Haas, Haas + Associates Congratulate UH Geauga Medical Center’s
Cristin Der, Operations Coordinator
Cristin is an operations coordinator in the pharmacy at UH Geauga Medical Center. She is a part of the COVID-19 vaccination scheduling team who all go above and beyond to ensure the streamlining of the vaccination process. She puts in many hours to make sure the clinic runs smoothly and monitors appointments throughout the day. She keeps track of any extra doses drawn and doesn’t hesitate to contact those who are waiting for their vaccination. With Cristin’s help, the hospital has been able to get through the vaccination clinics without any wasted doses and despite unforeseen challenges. She is a great asset to our team!
Kristina “Kristie” Dietz, Administrative Assistant
Kristie is an administrative assistant at UH Geauga Medical Center. She joined the team back in November but has already stepped up to the plate. She has played a significant role in being a part of the COVID-19 vaccination scheduling team by scheduling the staff for their vaccinations. She puts her normal tasks on the back burner to make calls regarding appointments and also work with the pharmacy to make any necessary adjustments for employees and their availability. Kristie does this every day with a smile and a “no problem” mindset. We are happy to have her as a part of our Geauga team!
Valerie Reed, Wellness Coordinator
Valerie is a wellness coordinator at UH Geauga Medical Center. She is a part of the COVID-19 vaccination scheduling team and has dedicated a lot of her time in ensuring a positive employee experience with the vaccination clinic. She always has a smile on her face and never hesitates to help out no matter the task. She has worked weekends and even gave the staff her personal contact information in the case that they have any issues. Like the others on the team, Valerie has gone above and beyond on a daily basis. When asked for her assistance, she always responds with a “no problem, whatever you need”. She is a great asset to our team!
Patricia “Patty” Tumbush, Pharmacy Manager
Patty is the pharmacy manager at UH Geauga Medical Center. She has led the pharmacy team in setting up the vaccination clinics which run very effectively. She has also taken the lead in coordinating the scheduling component with Cristin, Kristie, and Valerie as well as the central scheduling office. Patty always keeps a positive prospective and strives to keep the team motivated specifically during these trying times. She has worked long hours beyond her normal schedule to ensure that our employees receive their vaccinations and have an overall positive experience with the clinic. As a result of her efforts as well as the others on the vaccination team, the hospital is extremely grateful to have them all as a part of our team!
