2024 TRAVEL MEETINGS

Traditionally, in order for you to meet us personally, each year we would take our “Show on the Road” shortly after our Tour Books came out. When the pandemic hit, we changed the format to create as safe of an environment as possible for everyone, yet still provide you the opportunity to meet our great team of Escorts, Drivers and Office Staff, plus give the ability to take part in all the other important things we always do at them. Because of your cooperation and great attitudes, the new format was well-received and extremely successful, so we are going to again hold our Travel Meetings in a manner much like the recent years.

Here’s how it works:

On the dates and at the locations on the right, along with personally meeting us, you’ll be able to collect fully-detailed flyers of our overnight tours (2 nights or more), find out which trips have special Travel Meeting Incentives (discounts) if you book that day or by the following Monday – and you’ll also receive a little bag of delicious home-style cookies to take home! We will have a Reservation Table for those who wish to sign up early for your trips so you’re sure to have a spot on the ones you’re interested in (check or credit card). ~ Also on the way out, you’ll receive a very special coupon for a FREE PUNCH on your TLC Rewards Card!

As a way to replace our much-loved ‘bigscreen show’ of Tour Destination Pictures that we used to present “live”, we instead now make a special DVD “TLC Tour Video” full of TLC information (including a Q & A section) that features a beautiful picture presentation of many of this year’s tours which you will take home to watch at your leisure. One thing people really liked about the DVD was that they could play it multiple times and go back and look at other trips they may not have noticed fully the first time. It was definitely a winner and people are asking for it again!

In order to keep everyone from coming at once and avoid waiting in long lines to go through the displays, we do need you to call our office and sign up for one of the time slots listed to the right. We are allowing 30 minutes for each slot, and ask that you stick to the one you’ve signed up for so that all flows well throughout each of the locations. ~~ Thank you so much for your help with this – we are extremely appreciative of your great attitudes to make our Travel Meetings work so well!
